Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Upon account suspension or termination for cause (violation of Terms), n7771 reserves the right to void all pending wagers, forfeit account balances, cancel outstanding bonuses, and withhold withdrawals. If your account is closed for reasons not related to Terms violations, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and charges.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification). Once an account is voluntarily closed, you may not reopen it without contacting customer support and receiving approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall n7771's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your n7771 account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, dispute, or concern regarding your n7771 account or any aspect of our services, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat, email, or phone. Our support team will investigate your complaint and attempt to resolve it promptly and fairly. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our management team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute, relevant account information, and supporting documentation. n7771 will investigate the matter thoroughly and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

n7771 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may be made to comply with regulatory requirements, reflect changes in our business practices, add new features or services, or for any other reason at n7771's sole discretion.
